How to file a Claim in the Purelight Power Chapter 7 Case

The following are the first steps to submitting a claim using the court's online system.

1. Go to the Bankruptcy Court's webpage at https://www.waeb.uscourts.gov/electronic-proof-claim-epoc

2. Go to the online claims webpage at https://ecf.waeb.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/autoFilingClaims.pl

​​​​​

3. Enter the case number 2-25-bk-2261 as shown below, and the other fields.

4. In the Name of Creditor box, enter your full name or just your last name and the system will either insert your name or give you a choice if there are similar last names and you will need to click on your name and it will populate in the form.

***If your name does not appear after entering your full name or last name, please write us at purelightchapter7.com.

5. Make sure to click the acknowledgments box in yellow.

​

6. Click Next and a second page will open, complete this page carefully, including uploading evidence of your claim, for example your contract, evidence of payments made to Purelight Power or other documents that support the nature and amount of your claim.

Alternatively, you can download Form 410 in a form-fill pdf format, complete the form and send it by mail including supporting documents to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
